1. Scope and responsibility

This Privacy Policy explains how Qevrix AI, operating as Qevrix (“we,” “us,” or “our”), handles personal information in connection with our informational website and communications with us about our business.

Personal information means information about an identifiable individual, as defined by applicable law.

This policy does not authorize access to your financial accounts or govern the processing of customer datasets through a separate software product. Before offering services that involve additional personal information, we will provide the relevant privacy disclosures and, where appropriate, a separate agreement.

Our designated privacy contact is responsible for questions and requests concerning information under our control.

2. Information involved

Information you provide. If you contact us through an available communication channel, we may receive your name, contact details, organization, professional role, message, and any information or attachments you choose to provide.

Please provide only information relevant to your inquiry. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, government identification numbers, payment-card details, brokerage credentials, or confidential client records through ordinary messages.

Technical information. Delivering and protecting a website involves processing technical information. Hosting, network, and security services may process information such as IP addresses, browser and device details, request timestamps, requested pages, and security events. Information available to Qevrix depends on the services and settings in use.

Current website functionality. Our contact form requests your first name, last name, email address and message. Submitting the form transmits these details to FormSubmit for email delivery to info@qevrixai.com. You can also contact us directly by email. Our website does not provide a newsletter subscription, payment facility, file-upload facility, or Qevrix customer-account registration. It does not connect to visitors’ bank or brokerage accounts.

3. Purposes

We handle personal information only for identified, appropriate purposes, including:

• Responding to inquiries and managing related correspondence.
• Discussing potential business relationships at your request.
• Delivering, maintaining, and protecting the website.
• Investigating technical problems, abuse, or security incidents.
• Meeting applicable legal obligations and addressing legal claims.

We do not treat an inquiry as permission to add you to an unrelated marketing list. Where consent is required for marketing or another optional purpose, we will obtain it separately.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

The current website code does not include advertising pixels, third-party analytics scripts, or embedded social-media feeds.

However, hosting, security, and authentication services may use cookies or similar technologies. During restricted-access previews, the hosting platform may require you to sign in and process authentication information under its own applicable privacy terms.

Browser settings can restrict or remove cookies, although doing so may affect authentication or other necessary functionality.

Before introducing optional tracking that requires consent, we will provide the relevant information and an appropriate choice.

5. Service providers and disclosures

Our website is hosted through OpenAI Sites and uses Cloudflare infrastructure. Depending on their function, providers may process information on our behalf or for their own service, account, and security purposes.

Where a provider processes personal information on our behalf, we remain responsible for information under our control and will use appropriate contractual or other measures to protect it.

We may also disclose information when required or permitted by applicable law, including in response to valid legal process or where necessary to address a security incident or legal claim. Any such disclosure will be limited to what is appropriate in the circumstances.

We do not sell personal information received through website inquiries or provide it to third parties for their independent direct marketing.

We use FormSubmit to process contact form submissions and deliver them by email, and Porkbun Email Hosting to handle our mailbox. FormSubmit may perform spam checks using Google reCAPTCHA. Its documentation states that submission archives are retained for 30 days. See the FormSubmit privacy terms and documentation. Our mailbox correspondence follows the retention criteria below.

6. International processing

Our providers may process or store information outside Ontario or Canada, including in the United States and other jurisdictions where they operate.

Information processed abroad may be subject to local laws and lawful access by courts or public authorities. International processing does not remove our responsibility for personal information under our control.

You may contact us for information about our arrangements with providers.

7. LinkedIn and Instagram

Our website links to Qevrix pages on LinkedIn and Instagram. These are external links rather than embedded social feeds.

When you visit or interact with those platforms, their own privacy policies apply. Qevrix may receive information you make available to us there, including messages, comments, and profile information.

Please do not post sensitive or confidential information in public comments.

8. Artificial intelligence

The current informational website does not contain a visitor-facing AI chatbot or an interface for submitting information to an AI model.

Our description of AI-powered products does not mean that visiting this website authorizes the use of your personal information to train AI models.

Before introducing an AI feature that processes visitor or customer information, we will explain the relevant information flows, purposes, providers, and choices.

9. Retention and safeguards

We retain personal information only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, subject to applicable legal obligations and justified recordkeeping needs.

For correspondence, relevant factors include whether an inquiry remains active, whether a business relationship follows, and whether records are needed to resolve a dispute. Information that is no longer required will be deleted or appropriately anonymized. Provider-managed logs and backups may follow separate retention cycles.

We will apply safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of information under our control and limit access to those who need it for authorized purposes. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

If a privacy breach occurs, we will assess it and meet applicable recordkeeping, reporting, and notification obligations.

10. Your choices, requests, and complaints

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to personal information under our control, information about its use and disclosure, and correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.

You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or request deletion. These requests may be subject to legal restrictions or legitimate retention requirements. We will explain any applicable limitation and the consequences of withdrawing consent.

Send requests to our privacy contact. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity and locate relevant records.

Where PIPEDA applies, we will respond to access requests within 30 days, unless a legally permitted extension applies. We will explain a refusal or extension and available complaint options as required by law.

You may raise concerns with us or contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

11. Children

This website is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact our privacy contact so we can assess and appropriately address the matter.

12. Policy changes

We will update this policy when our practices change and identify the effective date of the revised version. Where required, we will give additional notice or obtain consent before using previously collected information for a materially different purpose.

Continued browsing does not, by itself, constitute consent to a new purpose that requires consent.
